What is the Make 100 Percent Game?
Make 100 Percent is a handson game that
helps students understand and practice percentages. It is played with 2 or 3 players, and each player takes turns spinning a wheel to determine the percentage they need to color in on a 10 by 10 grid.
How to Play

Set Up:

Print the game sheets provided in the download.

Each player needs a 10 by 10 grid.

A spinner (teachers can attach a spinner to the game board or use a makeshift spinner by spinning a paperclip around the tip of a pencil).


Gameplay:

Each player takes a turn to spin the wheel.

The spinner will land on a percentage (e.g., 10%).

Players color in the corresponding number of boxes on their grid (each box represents 1%, so for 10%, they color in 10 boxes).


Winning the Game:

Continue taking turns until all the boxes on the grid are filled.

Players add up their total percentage colored in.

The player with the highest overall percentage is the winner.
