What’s Included in the My Holiday Worksheet?
The My Holiday worksheet is a two-page resource that helps students organise and write
about their holiday adventures. It begins with a clear title — My Holiday — and a sentence starter: “In the holidays ___” to help students begin their writing confidently.
On the first page, students are encouraged to draw three pictures that illustrate different parts of their holiday. This helps them plan their recount and gives them visual prompts for their writing. The second page provides lined space for students to write about their holiday in more detail, using their drawings as inspiration.
