What Is the Sorting Lines Worksheet?

The Sorting Lines printable is a one-page, easy-to-use worksheet where students:

  • Identify different types of lines

  • Cut out line examples

  • Sort them into the correct categories

  • Glue them into labeled boxes

 

At the bottom of the page, students will find 12 different line examples. These include a mix of straight and curvy lines.

 

At the top of the worksheet, there are two clearly labeled boxes:

  • Curvy

  • Straight

 

Students carefully cut out each line and decide which category it belongs in before gluing it into the correct box.
