Students use pegs to select the correct representation of the given 2digit number.

Card Example:

The card shows the number 84.

At the bottom of the card, there are three options:

A picture of MAB blocks with 8 tens and 4 ones.

A picture of MAB blocks with 7 tens and 4 ones.

A picture of MAB blocks with 8 tens and 5 ones.


Students need to peg the correct option, which is the picture with 8 tens and 4 ones.
